At Growth Library, we specialize in digital downloads, tools, and datasets. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
 

Exceptions
 

Refunds will only be processed if both of the following conditions are met:

1. The product or service was not delivered within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. The customer files a written complaint within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting
   support@growthlibrary.in.
    

If both criteria are fulfilled, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days.
 

Non-Refundable Cases
 

• Customer changes their mind after purchase.

• Product delivered but not used.

• Dissatisfaction due to perceived lack of value or utility.

• Inaccuracies in public datasets.

Additional Terms
 

• We are not responsible for incorrect contact information or download failures due to customer-side issues.

• No partial refunds or credit notes will be issued.
